We are seeking an administrative clerk for a renewable 3-month temporary contract. The selected candidate will:
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Administrative Clerk provides administrative support within the department. Key duties include:
- Using word processing tools to transcribe and translate various documents, create tables, and prepare drafts when required.
- Participate in investigations conducted by Customer Experience Managers and simultaneously record all discussions.
- Ensure follow-up on invoices and expense accounts: verify, assign account and responsibility numbers, obtain approvals, and submit payment requests.
- Prepare daily materials and documents for onboard service employees.
- Distribute communications and other mailings across the Customer Experience employee network.
- Attend Safety and Health meetings, draft minutes, distribute them, and follow up on pending items.
- Order supplies and maintain an up-to-date inventory of tools.
- File regulatory documents.
- Perform any other related tasks as requested by the immediate supervisor.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Strong proficiency in word processing and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Bilingual (French and English), both spoken and written, with translation capability in both languages.
EDUCATION:
- Secretarial diploma or equivalent experience.
