VIA Rail Canada Inc. is currently seeking Telephone Sales Agents to join our dynamic team at the Moncton Call Centre.

Your Role

You will often be the first point of contact for customers seeking information or booking their trip. By phone, you will:

• Listen carefully to customers’ expectations and respond to their questions and concerns
• Recommend and sell travel solutions tailored to their needs
• Clearly explain available options, benefits and advantages
• Provide a personalized experience that exceeds expectations

Through your interactions, you will contribute to:

• Creating business opportunities that go beyond customer expectations
• Achieving individual and team goals related to customer satisfaction and efficiency

Work Schedule

You are available to work:

• A variable schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays
  The call centre operates 24/7.
• A minimum of 20 hours per week, up to 40 hours per week
• Shifts ranging from 4 to 8 hours per day
• Start date: April 20th, 2026
• Work location: 77 Canada St., Moncton

Training

Before starting in the role, you will be required to complete a full‑time training program of approximately 4 weeks.

• Training start date: April 20th, 2026

Successful completion of the training is mandatory.

Ideal Candidate Profile

This role is a perfect fit if you:

• Are fully bilingual (spoken and written)
• Hold a high school diploma
• Have at least one year of experience in sales and customer service
• Are highly proficient with computer software and online research
