We are seeking an administrative clerk for a renewable 3-month temporary contract. The selected candidate will:

Provide effective administrative support and secretarial services. Specifically:

  • Using word processing software, transcribe various documents and produce tables charts. When required, prepare drafts of documents.
  • Participate in investigations conducted by the Head of management, and simultaneously type everything that is said.
  • Ensure follow-up on various invoices and expense accounts and responsibility codes.
  • Obtain approvals and submit payment requests.
  • On a daily basis, open the mail, stamp it, and distribute it to the recipients.
  • Ensure the distribution of communications and other mailings throughout the Customer Services network.
  • Attend Safety and Health meetings,take detailed notes, distribute minutes and follow up on oustanding actions items.
  • Manage supply orders and inventory requests to ensure that tools and equipment are stocked and current.
  • Carry out daily operational tasks.
  • File documents.
  • At the request of the immediate supervisor, perform any other related tasks.

 

 

Job Requirements:

  • Proficient in word processing. Must have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office (WORD, EXCEL, and POWERPOINT) as well as LOTUS NOTES.
  • Knowledge of the Customer Services Catch-up System.
  • Bilingual, both oral and written. Ability to translate in both languages.
