Supports the International Sales team and coordinates all sales activities for the Montreal office.
Responsibilities:
- Provides customer service for tour operators and acts as a key contact while the sales team members are absent;
- Coordinates Travel industry FAM trips;

Makes reservations, prepares contracts and documentation for onboard photography/filming, arranges corresponding transportation advices and notices for upcoming media events and ensures proper communication/coordination with other departments that may need to be involved;

Compiles samples of completed media events/international media FAMS;
- Responsible for all powerpoint presentation for the team;
- Performs various administrative duties for the office which includes ordering office supplies, maintaining office equipment, shipping and receiving of marketing/tradeshow materials, filing, processing of expense accounts (accounts payable), cheque requisitions and reconciliation of company credit cards;
- Responsible for updating Salesplace, compiling data, research of industry trends and preparing presentations for the sales team.
Requirements:
- College diploma in Administration. Marketing certificate is an asset;
- 3-5 years of pertinent experience;

Very good oral communication skills in both official languages and very good written communication skills in English;

Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office suite;

Excellent interpersonal skills;

Organizational and planning abilities;

High degree of resourcefulness and problem-solving skills;

Must be flexible, adaptable and a team player.
