We’re looking for Customer Service Agents who are passionate about delivering an exceptional experience on board our trains. If you love helping people and working in a unique environment, this role is for you!

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver outstanding customer service on board
  • Assist passengers and handle luggage
  • Serve meals and beverages (including alcohol)
  • Maintain cleanliness in work areas and restrooms

What You Need to Succeed

  • Flexible availability (variable schedule, weekends, holidays, on-call)
  • Ability to travel for 2–3 days away from home
  • Communicate clearly in English and French (oral only)
  • High school diploma
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
  • Physical ability to handle luggage up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
