Reporting to the Vice -president, Customer, experience, network operations, the Senior Manager is responsible and accountable to lead, develop and implement strategies to achieve operations continuous improvement, reporting, quality and performance objectives in an efficient manner supporting the different Service Delivery teams.
He/She manages project planning and execution activities and relationships with external and internal partners. He/she is also responsible for managing a team of professionals.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- In conjunction with our internal clients and partners, regularly review priorities to adapt the different processes, applications and information system evolution plan and identify opportunities to support the needs of the business. Prepare annual evolution plans, including resource requirements (material and human).

Develops, executes and monitors the business support roadmap, ensuring the business and operational needs of our internal clients (e.g.: CE, Network Ops, Transportation, EM) are met in an efficient and timely manner. Establish and manage delivery plans that respect budgets, schedules, quality, resource availability, etc. Communicate work progress to impacted stakeholders.

Support to develop a data-driven culture in the operation that supports real-time decision-making:
- Consolidation of KPIs and associated dashboards.
- Develop business-oriented performance reports.
- Ensure timely and precise data capture by all required business units.
- Data interpretation and recommendations for different stakeholders.

Supports the project group in the realization of major projects impacting the Service Delivery teams. Works closely with the different business units to operationalize and implement new policies, products, processes, applications, etc.
- Manage a team of professionals Establish goals, conduct feedback meetings and performance reviews and establish development plans.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- University degree in business, computer science and/or equivalent work and academic experience.
- Minimum 8 years experience in management of a team of professionals.
- Significant experience in project management in a data-driven environment.
- Mastery of MS Office tools.
- Diplomatic, thoughtful, good judgment and decisiveness.
- Organizational skills and ability to quickly build trust and work effectively at all levels of an organization.
- Customer and Result Oriented.
- Tactical and strategic player with the ability to grasp both the big picture and operational issues.
- Ability to adapt in a constantly changing environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Team player, interpersonal skills.
