We’re looking for Customer Service Agents who are passionate about delivering an exceptional experience on board our trains. If you love helping people and working in a unique environment, this role is for you!

- Provide attentive service: help with luggage, serve meals and beverages, ensure safety on board

What You’ll Do
- Deliver outstanding customer service on board
- Assist passengers and handle luggage
- Serve meals and beverages (including alcohol)
- Maintain cleanliness in work areas and restrooms
What You Need to Succeed
- Flexible availability (variable schedule, weekends, holidays, on-call)
- Ability to travel for 2–3 days away from home
- Communicate clearly in English and French (oral only)
- High school diploma
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Physical ability to handle luggage up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
