As a Station and Counter Agent, you will warmly welcome passengers and assist them efficiently and professionally. You’ll join a dynamic team that thrives under pressure and works together to overcome challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and modify reservations using computer systems
  • Check tickets and assist passengers with special needs
  • Announce and provide information on train arrivals, departures, and delays
  • Maintain station cleanliness
  • Handle luggage, parcels, and sports equipment
  • Work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Operate motorized vehicles in tight spaces (training provided)

Work Location & Training

  • Primary location: Toronto Station
  • Occasional shifts at Oshawa and Oakville stations
  • Training starts March 16, 2026

Schedule

  • Guaranteed 20 hours/week, with potential up to 40 hours/week
  • Variable shifts between 5:45 AM and 12:00 AM, including weekends and holidays

Salary

$27.48 – $31.80/hour


Requirements

  • Bilingual (English & French, oral)
  • High school diploma
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) repeatedly
