We are looking for passionate customer service agents to deliver an exceptional travel experience aboard our trains. In a unique work environment, you will be responsible for assisting passengers with professionalism and courtesy throughout their journey.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Greeting and assisting travelers (luggage, mobility).
- Serving meals and beverages, including alcohol.
- Ensuring passenger safety and comfort.
- Maintaining cleanliness in work areas and restrooms.

Conditions and Schedule
- Variable schedule including weekends and holidays (on-call, no guaranteed hours)
- Availability for extended periods away from home (5 to 6 days)
Mandatory training: 8 weeks (starting March 26, 2025)
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Excellent verbal communication in English and French
- Physical ability to handle loads up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
- Availability to travel and work flexible hours
