We are looking to hire one store Attendant for our maintenance center in Vancouver

The positon in temporary - March to October 2026- possibility to be extended

Salary : 34.08$/h


Duties and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting Stores operations in a fast-paced maintenance environment. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Picking, counting, receiving, and storing materials.
  2. Ensuring that on-hand inventory accurately matches Oracle system records.
  3. Demonstrating leadership in customer service and promoting these behaviors among peers.
  4. Serving as a role model and mentoring Stores Attendants across the Western region.
  5. Providing guidance and solutions to maintenance employees using knowledge from colleagues, Oracle data, and on‑site verification on the shop floor.
  6. Prioritizing and resolving inventory-related issues with diligence and accuracy.
  7. Operating Narrow Aisle and heavy‑duty forklifts safely and efficiently.
  8. Meeting all shipping and receiving deadlines.
  9. Handling heavy items and performing manual labour tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
  10. Promoting and upholding all safety practices and procedures.
  11. Processing documents accurately and in a timely manner.
  12. Performing other related duties as required.

Qualifications

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

  1. General knowledge of Stores procedures and materials classification.
  2. Experience using Microsoft Office and Oracle applications.
