Work as a Certified Red Seal Cook or Head Cook aboard our trains and make every passenger’s experience delicious and memorable!
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee food preparation and cooking activities
- Prepare meals and specialty dishes
- Adapt recipes for passengers with allergies or dietary restrictions
- Ensure food quality and portion control
- Order food and kitchen supplies
- Supervise kitchen staff as required

Salary: $36.79 – $37.81/hour
Schedule & Working Conditions:
- Work in a warm, confined environment
- Available on weekends and holidays
- Heavy schedules (e.g., 60 hours over 4 days)
- Extended periods away from home (4–5 days)

Requirements
- High school diploma
- Valid food safety certification and Red Seal designation
- Minimum 3 years of culinary experience
