We are looking for on-board service agents to provide exceptional customer service on our trains.
In a unique work environment, your role will be to deliver a memorable travel experience to all our passengers.

Working closely with your team, you will support travelers throughout their journey: assisting with luggage, serving meals, ensuring safety, and offering attentive care. Since every trip is different, your daily tasks—and your schedule—will be varied.

Based at the Winnipeg (Manitoba) station, you may be assigned to the following routes:
Winnipeg – Toronto
Winnipeg – Vancouver
Winnipeg – Churchill

Main Responsibilities

• Provide professional and attentive customer service
• Welcome and accompany passengers, including assisting with luggage
• Ensure well-being and safety on board
• Sell and serve food and alcohol
• Perform housekeeping duties in work areas and washrooms

 

PERMANENT SEASONAL POSITION

Schedule

You must be available:
• For a variable schedule, including weekends and holidays
• On call with guaranteed hours
• To travel for 5 to 6 consecutive days, away from home

 

Before starting the position, you must successfully complete approximately 8 weeks of training.
Three possible training start dates:
• March 9, 2026
• April 6, 2026
• April 27, 2026

 

Job Requirements

• Availability for variable schedules, on call, including weekends and holidays (premiums apply)
• Availability to travel for 5 to 6 days per trip
• Ability to communicate in English and French (spoken)
• High school diploma
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 23 kg (50 lb), equivalent to a large suitcase (techniques provided)
